About Me

My photo

Change. I've learned to embrace it, ride it out til the end. Sometimes I'm kicking and screaming, other times weeping with my eyes clinched tight. Once in awhile I ride like a dog in a car, head out the window snorting what life has to offer. Mother to young adult children, a marriage of thirty years, and a desert to mountain to valley waltz with God have shaped me into someone I never imagined I'd be. Life is short and I want to live it. Tears, sighs, laughter and change. Every morsel granted to me. Scrambled, shaken or stirred.

Scribbles and Scrambles ~ Up Ahead

Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Have you noticed that the daylight is lingering? and soon the slight green hues will find their way into the browns and grays of late winter. One can see the hope and the assurance of our faith, as creation cries out through the seasons. It is hard to miss but many do not see. I am glad my eyes see :-) I have confidence in my tomorrow.

sgb you are right....the daylight is lingering and the seasons are heralds reminding us there is a King and He is in control...of atoms, tides, and the rising and setting of the sun. : )
