I do think I will go ahead and merge into flexatarianism. But...to what degree? Alas...I am too fond of my animal products!<br /><br />BUT that said, I have an aunt and uncle who started leaving off meat and they feel tons better. They only eat meat occasionally and they like the change in how they feel.<br /><br />Meat - maybe I could live without it if I knew I could eat it occasionally. But cheese?
